Responsibilities:
- Engage with homeowners, contractors, and builders to identify plumbing and repair opportunities
- Conduct on-site assessments, provide accurate quotes, and follow up on leads
- Educate customers on services including lining, excavation, drain cleaning, hydro jetting, and memberships
- Collaborate closely with service technicians and office staff to ensure seamless job scheduling and communication
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups and excellent customer service

Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (home services a plus)
- Basic knowledge of plumbing services helpful but not required. We’ll train the right person
- Valid driver’s license and clean record
